About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities • Drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions • Lead technical teams and deliver complex Salesforce implementations • Utilize AI/ML capabilities within Salesforce, including Einstein AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning models Requirements • 12+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows • Experience leading technical teams and delivering complex Salesforce implementations • Hands-on exposure to AI/ML capabilities within Salesforce • Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and middleware solutions • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory) • Excellent technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills • Salesforce Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and Generative AI • Platform Developer II / Application Architect certifications • MuleSoft, Python, CI/CD, and DevOps • Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
