Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Marketing Cloud Journeys and Automations • Manage Data Extensions and Content Builder • Integrate Marketing Cloud Engagement with Salesforce Core • Utilize AMPscript for custom functionality • Apply AI tools in daily delivery work Requirements • 5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience • Expertise in Marketing Cloud Engagement: Journeys, Automations, Data Extensions, Content Builder & AMPscript • Experience integrating Marketing Cloud Engagement with Salesforce Core • Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Developer certification • Strong client-facing communication and consulting experience
