About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce Product Manager with extensive experience in healthcare insurance claims to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role requires a deep understanding of the payer domain and hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud. Key Responsibilities • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare claims solutions • Launch new products or projects from scratch • Manage end-to-end claims workflow across Commercial, Medicaid, or Medicare • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies and analytics to drive product development Requirements • 8+ years of Product Management or Product Strategy experience • Strong background in Healthcare Insurance Claims (Payer Domain) • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred; Salesforce Business Analyst Certification also accepted • Proven experience launching brand-new products or projects • Expertise in Product Vision, Strategy, Roadmap, Discovery, and Prioritization • End-to-end claims workflow experience • Strong stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Must be located in the EST time zone • Updated LinkedIn profile and genuine work authorization required Important Note Candidates must complete an AI assessment independently and fairly before the client interview.
