About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce Product Manager with extensive experience in Healthcare Claims and Health Cloud to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role requires hands-on product management and configuration skills, along with a strong background in healthcare payer and insurance claims. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute product vision, strategy, roadmap, analytics, and intake processes from scratch • Manage healthcare claims workflows, adjudication, and integration with external claims systems • Utilize SAFe, Scrum, Agile Product Management, OKRs, and release planning methodologies • Demonstrate greenfield project ownership and experience Requirements • 12+ years of Product Management, Product Strategy, or Business Analysis experience • Active Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certification • Strong healthcare payer and insurance claims experience across Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare • Must currently reside and work in the Eastern Time Zone • Experience with healthcare claims workflows, adjudication, and integration with external claims systems • Proficiency in SAFe, Scrum, Agile Product Management, OKRs, and release planning • Mandatory ROPES Assessment required • USC / Green Card / GC-EAD Only
