About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of healthcare insurance claims solutions. This role requires building product vision, strategy, and roadmaps from scratch. Key Responsibilities • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for healthcare claims systems • Lead cross-functional teams across Business, Architecture, Engineering, and Agile Delivery • Develop business cases and conduct current-state assessments • Translate complex business needs into product features and outcomes • Interface with other claims systems and manage stakeholder relationships • Track OKRs and measure value realization Requirements • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or related roles • Proven experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps • Strong expertise in requirements gathering and stakeholder management • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams • Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Health Cloud • Healthcare payer and claims operations experience preferred • Experience with enterprise digital transformation initiatives preferred • Salesforce Admin or BA certification required • Must have experience building products from scratch • Must be in EST time zone
