About the Role We are looking for a Salesforce QA Lead to join our team in the healthcare industry. This role requires extensive experience in QA and Salesforce testing, with a focus on leading QA teams and implementing test automation. Key Responsibilities • Lead QA strategy and test planning for Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Implement test automation using tools like Provar, Selenium, Copado Robotic Testing, or Tosca • Conduct API testing with Postman and REST • Perform strong SQL and data validation • Integrate with Facets and Snowflake • Utilize Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, and Agile methodologies • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and PHI regulations Requirements • 10+ years of QA experience • 5+ years of Salesforce testing experience • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing onshore/offshore QA teams • Healthcare payer integration experience • Salesforce Admin Certification and ISTQB certification preferred
