About the Role We are looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Engineer with a focus on Integration and Agent force. This is a contract role that allows for remote work with travel to Seattle, WA. Key Responsibilities • Deliver Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments • Work closely with Salesforce product and account teams • Manage enterprise data models, business metrics, and KPIs within Salesforce • Analyze contact center performance including agent productivity and case lifecycle management • Integrate Salesforce with enterprise data platforms and services Requirements • 4+ years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud in complex enterprise environments • Understanding of Salesforce SKUs, features, and roadmap capabilities • Expertise in contact center analytics and agent performance reporting • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise data platforms • Experience with Snowflake and both batch and real-time integration patterns
