About the Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join Bbridge Info Services. This role involves leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations and designing autonomous AI agents using Salesforce technologies. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations involving Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and LWC • Design and deploy autonomous AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Apex, Flows, and integrations • Drive backend development, technical architecture, and high-level solution design • Guide and mentor development teams, conduct code/design reviews, and ensure development best practices • Resolve complex technical issues and critical escalations • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions Requirements • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience • Strong expertise in Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and LWC Development • Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, Apex, and Salesforce Flows • Strong backend development, integrations, and solution design skills • Proven technical leadership and team mentoring experience • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Mandatory: Salesforce PD1 & Administrator Certifications
