About the Role We are seeking a senior SAP Solution Architect with deep expertise in SAP AFS (Apparel & Footwear Solution), SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA to provide architecture leadership, support AMS delivery, and guide future SAP transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Provide architecture leadership across SAP ECC, AFS, and S/4HANA environments • Advise AMS teams on solution design, enhancements, and complex production issues • Review and approve SAP solution designs and technical approaches • Support SAP roadmap planning and future S/4HANA transformation initiatives • Guide SAP functional and technical teams on scalable, maintainable solutions • Lead architecture reviews, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution • Support SAP integration architecture and custom development landscapes • Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams • Mentor teams on SAP architecture standards and best practices Requirements • 10+ years of SAP experience with significant Solution Architect responsibilities • Deep hands-on expertise in SAP AFS (Apparel & Footwear Solution) • Strong SAP ECC architecture, implementation, and support experience • SAP S/4HANA architecture and implementation/support experience • SAP integration architecture and AMS support experience • Strong functional knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), SAP Materials Management (MM), SAP Finance & Controlling (FI/CO), and Supply Chain Management • Experience in retail, apparel, footwear, or fashion industry environments • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting skills
