About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Platform & Security Engineer to lead cloud infrastructure, connectivity, and enterprise security architecture supporting SAP Joule, Agentic AI, and SAP S/4HANA integrations. Key Responsibilities • Architect and provision SAP BTP subaccounts and multi-environment runtimes • Configure SAP IAS/IPS for enterprise identity federation and trust management • Design and maintain SAP Cloud Connector environments • Implement secure Principal Propagation using X.509 certificates and OAuth2SAMLBearerAssertion • Establish zero-trust identity and security architectures • Collaborate with SAP Basis and Security teams on end-to-end authentication and authorization • Support secure connectivity between SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA systems Requirements • 10+ years of experience in SAP BTP Platform & Security • 3+ years of Dedicated SAP BTP Experience • Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP Cockpit, Subaccounts, Entitlements, and Service Keys • Expertise in SAP BTP Cloud Foundry and Kyma environments • Experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS) • Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Connector (SCC), mTLS, and High Availability configurations • Expertise in Principal Propagation and X.509 Certificate Management • Strong understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) • Experience with BTP Destination Service and Connectivity Service • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and enterprise identity integration • Understanding of S/4HANA security, STRUST, CERTRULE, EXTID_DN, and ICM parameters
