About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP CIAM CDC (Customer Data Cloud) Engineer for an exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement solutions using SAP CDC / Gigya / CIAM
• Integrate SAP CDC with SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP CX, CRM systems, and third-party applications
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and UAT
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, consent management, and data privacy
Requirements
• Hands-on experience with SAP CDC / Gigya / CIAM
• Strong knowledge of IAM, SSO, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and JWT
• Experience with social login integrations (Google, Facebook, Apple)
• Expertise in Registration-as-a-Service (RaaS), screen-sets, and identity architecture
• Strong skills in REST APIs, JSON, Java/.NET/PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, consent management, and data privacy
• Experience with identity migration, production support, troubleshooting, and UAT
