About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Functional Lead with strong expertise in SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise, particularly in the Service module, for an immediate implementation project. Key Responsibilities • Lead SAP CRM functional configuration and implementation • Manage requirement gathering and create functional specifications • Coordinate with technical teams for seamless integration • Conduct functional testing, UAT, and defect resolution • Oversee end-to-end implementation of SAP CRM solutions Requirements • 9+ years of experience in SAP CRM • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise • In-depth knowledge of the SAP CRM Service module • Experience in functional configuration and implementation • Understanding of service-related business processes • Experience in requirement gathering and functional specifications • Coordination with technical teams • Functional testing, UAT, defect resolution • Stakeholder management and communication skills • SAP C4C experience is a plus, with prior SAP CRM On-Premise experience
