About the Role The SAP S/4HANA Master Cutover & Data Migration Technical Project Manager will lead end-to-end Master Cutover Orchestration and Data Migration execution for a global SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation program. This hands-on technical delivery manager role focuses on SAP data object architecture, migration tooling, technical dependencies, and critical-path sequencing to drive business data readiness and execute a flawless system transition. Key Responsibilities • Build and run Master Cutover by constructing, owning, and executing the detailed line-item Cutover Runbook, enforcing predecessor/successor dependencies, system lock windows, transport paths, technical blackout periods, interface freezes, and go/no-go gates • Drive mock cutovers and rehearsals by leading multiple mock cutovers and dry runs, enforcing entry/exit criteria, tracking load throughput/timing metrics, and optimizing execution sequences to minimize production downtime • Execute data migration lifecycle by directing technical source extraction, data profiling, field mapping, cleansing, transformation, target loading, validation, and automated/manual reconciliation across all source systems • Deliver Master & Transactional Data by enforcing load sequencing, transformation rules, validation and business sign-off for complex enterprise data objects Requirements • 8+ years of hands-on technical SAP project management experience directly creating and executing detailed, time-sequenced Cutover Runbooks • Direct experience delivering at least one full-lifecycle greenfield SAP S/4HANA migration using SAP Activate methodology • Deep technical knowledge of SAP Data migration architectures and tools including SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, LSMW, BAPIs, IDocs, and staging database ETL pipelines
