About the Role We are looking for a SAP Eightfold Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Infosys. This role involves providing technical support for Eightfold AI platforms, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Talent Design. Key Responsibilities • Provide hands-on support for Eightfold AI – Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Talent Design • Troubleshoot technical issues and manage support tickets • Analyze application logs and resolve technical problems • Drive issues to resolution independently • Integrate APIs and support application/production environments Requirements • 10+ years of experience in technical support • Strong knowledge of SQL, JSON, and REST APIs • Experience with API integrations and troubleshooting • Ability to analyze application logs and resolve technical issues • Strong problem-solving skills Benefits
