About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Expert to join our team. This role involves leading SAP IBP design and implementation across various planning domains and driving large-scale SAP transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead SAP IBP design and implementation across Demand, Supply, Inventory Planning, and S&OP • Lead and mentor SAP functional and technical teams • Drive SAP solution design and integration across S/4HANA, IBP, EWM, FICO, SuccessFactors, and surrounding platforms • Serve as a senior escalation point for architecture, integration, critical design decisions, and go-live readiness • Partner with delivery teams, system integrators, and business stakeholders • Drive large-scale SAP transformation initiatives from strategy and design through execution and go-live • Establish governance, documentation, change management, and continuous-improvement practices Requirements • Strong hands-on SAP IBP implementation experience • Experience with enterprise-scale SAP transformations • Hybrid work model – 4 Days/Week Onsite in Libertyville, IL
