About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Lead to guide our SAP transformation initiatives. This role involves leading complex SAP implementations and driving enterprise architecture across multiple SAP modules. Key Responsibilities • Lead SAP IBP implementations across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and S&OP • Lead and mentor SAP functional and technical teams, ensuring delivery quality and governance • Drive enterprise SAP architecture and integrations across SAP S/4HANA, IBP, EWM, FICO, and SuccessFactors • Act as the senior escalation point for architecture, integration, critical design decisions, and go-live readiness • Coordinate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and system integrators to manage milestones, risks, and dependencies • Drive large-scale SAP transformation initiatives from strategy and solution design through implementation and go-live • Establish governance, documentation, change management, and continuous-improvement practices Requirements • 12+ years of experience in SAP IBP implementation and solution design • Expertise in Demand, Supply, Inventory Planning and S&OP • SAP S/4HANA integration and enterprise SAP landscape experience • Technical leadership, stakeholder management, and governance skills • End-to-end SAP transformation and deployment experience
