About the Role We are seeking an accomplished SAP Program Director to drive enterprise-wide ERP transformation programs, influence executive-level decisions, and deliver business-critical outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Drive multiple large-scale SAP/ERP transformation programs across global teams • Partner with senior executives and steering committees to turn business strategy into successful transformation outcomes • Shape program governance, budgets, staffing, risks, milestones, and delivery strategy • Lead cross-functional workstreams, manage critical dependencies, and drive organizational change • Take ownership of high-impact enterprise initiatives where strategic thinking and execution go hand in hand Requirements • 18–20+ years of IT consulting and transformation experience • 10+ years of ERP program leadership • Proven success leading multiple global, multimillion-dollar SAP/ERP transformation programs • Strong program governance, budget management, risk mitigation, and delivery leadership • Excellent C-level communication and executive stakeholder management • Big Four consulting experience (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) strongly preferred • PMP/PgMP certification is a plus
