About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP Release and Change Manager to join our team for the SAP-MD project. This role involves managing release governance, change approvals, transport management, and deployment readiness for both project and production releases. Key Responsibilities • Own and manage the SAP-MD release calendar for maintenance, enhancements, and project releases • Facilitate release planning, readiness reviews, and Go/No-Go meetings • Review, govern, and approve SAP-MD change requests and deployment activities • Perform transport reviews and ensure compliance with release and change management processes • Coordinate transport migrations across Development, PRT, QA, and Production environments • Collaborate with SAP Basis, Infrastructure, Security, Validation, and Project teams • Manage maintenance releases, emergency changes, and project deployment schedules • Lead cutover planning, implementation coordination, and post-release validation • Track release risks, dependencies, conflicts, and mitigation plans • Prepare release status reports, deployment metrics, and governance updates for SAP-MD leadership Requirements • Strong experience in SAP Release Management and Change Management • Hands-on knowledge of SAP transport management and release governance • Experience coordinating deployments across multiple SAP environments • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and risk management skills
