About the Role We are seeking a dedicated SAP Release & Change Manager to ensure controlled and successful project and production releases through release governance, change approvals, and transport management. Key Responsibilities • Own and manage the SAP-MD release calendar across maintenance, enhancement, and project releases • Facilitate release planning, release readiness, and go/no-go meetings • Review, govern, and approve SAP-MD change requests and deployment activities • Perform transport review and ensure compliance with release and change management processes • Coordinate transport migrations across Development, PRT, QA, and Production environments • Partner closely with SAP Basis, Infrastructure, Security, Validation, and Project teams to ensure deployment readiness • Manage maintenance releases, emergency changes, and project deployment schedules • Lead cutover planning, implementation coordination, and post-release validation activities • Track release risks, dependencies, conflicts, and mitigation actions • Provide release status reporting, deployment metrics, and governance updates to SAP-MD leadership Requirements • Experience with SAP-MD release management • Knowledge of change management processes • Strong coordination and communication skills • Understanding of transport management in SAP environments
