About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP Record-to-Report (RTR) Lead to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role involves leading end-to-end implementation and driving solution design for finance processes. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance greenfield implementation • Drive SAP RTR solution design, configuration, and finance process harmonization • Manage complex data migration from SAP ECC and non-SAP legacy systems • Lead migration validation, financial reconciliation, cutover, and go-live activities • Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams and senior finance stakeholders Requirements • 10+ years of SAP Finance experience • Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation and greenfield project experience • Expertise in SAP FI/RTR, General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Intercompany Accounting, and Financial Closing • Hands-on experience with finance data migration, SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, or equivalent tools • Experience with global implementations, SIT/UAT, cutover, and go-live • Preferred: SAP S/4HANA Finance certification, SAP Central Finance, SAP Group Reporting, and BlackLine experience
