About the Role We are looking for an experienced Scala / iOS Full Stack Developer for a 12-month remote opportunity. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement backend systems using Scala and Play Framework • Develop native iOS applications using Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI • Work with REST APIs and microservices architecture • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Ansible and Git • Provide production support, debugging, and testing • Utilize monitoring tools like Datadog Requirements • Strong Scala experience (70% expertise required) • Native iOS development using Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and MVVM • Backend development with Scala, Play Framework, Akka, and REST APIs • Experience with MySQL, SQL, and Microservices • Familiarity with Ansible, CI/CD, and Git • Production support, debugging, and testing experience • Linux/Raspbian OS and Raspberry Pi experience a plus
