About the Role We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile development processes and drive successful delivery in a hybrid Agile environment. Key Responsibilities • Implement and promote Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives • Collaborate with Product Owners and Development teams to manage and prioritize product backlogs • Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project delivery • Track team performance using Agile metrics such as velocity and cumulative flow diagrams • Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution • Communicate project timelines, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement and team accountability • Coordinate Agile deliverables with enterprise-level and waterfall-based programs Requirements • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline with 2+ years of relevant experience OR 8 years of relevant experience without a degree • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Ability to obtain and maintain DOE Q Security Clearance • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills • Proficiency in Jira, Rally, GitLab, or similar Agile tools • Experience with software development projects and SDLC Benefits • Relocation assistance
