About the Role We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team working with Guidewire InsuranceSuite. This is a contract-to-hire position that offers the opportunity to convert to full-time employment after 6 months. Key Responsibilities • Lead 2–3 Agile teams and facilitate Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives • Manage dependencies across Policy, Billing, Claims, MuleSoft, and DataHub teams • Coordinate SIT, UAT, and Guidewire releases in onsite/offshore delivery models • Provide Agile coaching and mentorship to team members • Facilitate PI Planning and coordinate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) Requirements • 8+ years of Scrum Master experience, with 3+ years working on Guidewire InsuranceSuite projects • Strong hands-on project experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter • Experience with Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, PI Planning, and coordination with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) • Understanding of insurance workflows, including Submissions, Quotes, FNOL, and the Claims lifecycle • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and/or Rally • Certification: CSM, PSM II, or SAFe SSM • Green Card (GC) or U.S. Citizen (USC) status required • For GC candidates, a valid I-94 document is mandatory
