About the Role We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager with a strong background in Data & Business Intelligence to lead delivery for a Microsoft Fabric and Power BI team. Key Responsibilities • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. • Manage and prioritize backlogs, user stories, and delivery milestones. • Coordinate between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership. • Manage production incidents, failed batch jobs, replication issues, and escalations. • Track project risks, dependencies, data quality issues, and delivery progress. • Drive process improvements, documentation, and release management. Requirements • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager. • 2–3+ years of experience working with Data, Analytics, or BI teams. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and data warehousing. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and incident coordination skills.
