About the Role We are looking for a skilled Semarchy MDM professional to design, maintain, and support enterprise Master Data Management solutions for CRC Group. Key Responsibilities • Define and maintain end-to-end Semarchy MDM architecture • Design logical and physical MDM models • Establish golden record architecture and data quality rules • Gather business requirements for data mastering • Support MDM enhancements and daily operations • Provide nightly batch support and troubleshoot data issues • Manage data remediation and assess impacts on mastered data quality • Prepare analytical outputs, including Excel and Power BI reports • Align MDM architecture with enterprise data and analytics platforms Requirements • 10+ years overall experience • 4–5 years in Semarchy MDM • Semarchy MDM architecture and implementation • Master Data Management (MDM) • SQL / MySQL • Microsoft Azure • Terraform • Data modeling, hierarchies, and complex relationships • Golden records, survivorship rules, and match/merge strategies
