About the Role We are looking for an experienced Semarchy MDM Specialist to support the implementation and delivery of a Master Data Management solution using Semarchy xDM, Semarchy xDI, and Snowflake. Key Responsibilities • Configure and extend Semarchy xDM data models, entity views, match/merge rules, survivorship rules, and validation workflows • Implement MDM solutions for customer, supplier, product, and item master data domains • Design and develop data integration jobs using Semarchy xDI to load, cleanse, and synchronize data between Snowflake and other systems • Deploy and configure Semarchy xDM as a Snowflake Native App, including roles, warehouses, and data-sharing configurations • Develop and optimize Snowflake SQL, including tables, views, stored procedures, tasks, and streams • Implement data quality rules, deduplication logic, and hierarchy and relationship management • Collaborate with data stewards, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate governance requirements into technical solutions • Support UAT, defect resolution, performance tuning, and go-live activities • Document data models, mapping specifications, and operational runbooks • Ensure MDM outputs align with the broader Snowflake data platform architecture Requirements • 8–10 years of overall experience • 3+ years of relevant experience in Semarchy MDM (xDM) • Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Semarchy xDM • Strong knowledge of data modeling, match/merge configuration, survivorship rules, and validation workflows • Working experience with Semarchy xDI or equivalent ETL/ELT tools • Practical experience with Snowflake, including SQL development, warehouse and role management, and performance tuning • Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), golden record management, data stewardship, and data quality governance • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets • Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a contract environment • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
