About the Role We are looking for an experienced Semarchy MDM Specialist to join our team and work on an exciting Master Data Management implementation using Semarchy xDM, xDI, and Snowflake. Key Responsibilities • Work on Master Data Management implementation using Semarchy xDM, xDI, and Snowflake • Develop and implement data modeling, match/merge, and survivorship rules • Create data integration and ETL/ELT pipelines • Perform SQL development, warehouses, and performance tuning • Ensure data quality, governance, and stewardship • Manage deduplication and golden record processes Requirements • 8–10 years of experience as a Semarchy MDM Specialist • Strong knowledge of Semarchy xDM, xDI, and Snowflake • Experience with data modeling, match/merge, and survivorship rules • Proficiency in data integration and ETL/ELT pipelines • Skills in SQL development, warehouses, and performance tuning • Understanding of master data management, data quality, and governance • Experience with data stewardship, deduplication, and golden record management • Knowledge of Snowflake Native Apps, supplier/product master data, dbt, or Fivetran is an added advantage
