About the Role We are looking for a Senior AI Developer to join our team at Strada. This role focuses on developing enterprise AI solutions using C#, .NET, and Microsoft Azure. Key Responsibilities • Develop enterprise AI solutions using C#, .NET and Microsoft Azure • Build AI agents and multi-agent systems using Azure AI Foundry and Agent Services • Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using Azure AI Search, vector indexes and embeddings • Develop AI Search indexers and enrichment pipelines for document processing • Implement Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations • Build enterprise copilots, virtual assistants and intelligent automation solutions • Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable and production-ready Requirements • Strong expertise in C#, .NET, REST APIs and Azure development • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs and prompt engineering • Expertise in RAG, AI agents, Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry • Experience with Azure AI Search, Semantic Kernel, vector search and embeddings • Knowledge of MCP and A2A integration patterns • Proven experience delivering production-grade AI solutions on Azure Preferred Skills • Azure Functions and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) • API Management and Azure DevOps • CI/CD pipelines, AI observability, governance and security
