About the Role We are looking for a Senior AI Developer to build production-ready AI agents and intelligent conversational applications. This role focuses on creating scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise AI solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop production-ready AI agents and LLM-powered applications • Build agent workflows, intent routing, state management, tool calling, and fallback mechanisms • Develop backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI • Implement agent orchestration using LangGraph and LangChain • Integrate enterprise systems using REST APIs, function calling, and MCP • Implement RAG, knowledge retrieval, LLM observability, and evaluation mechanisms • Ensure AI application security, reliability, privacy, and performance Requirements • 7–10+ years of experience in AI development • Strong experience with Python, FastAPI, and backend/API development • Expertise in Agentic AI and Conversational AI • Proficiency with LangGraph and LangChain • Experience with Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry or equivalent LLM platforms • Knowledge of REST APIs, tool calling, and workflow orchestration • Understanding of RAG, embeddings, and vector search • Experience with LLM observability, monitoring, tracing, and debugging
