About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AI Lead for a reputed client. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in AI technologies, MLOps, DevOps, and on-premises AI model deployment. Key Responsibilities • Manage AI deployment pipelines from Development to UAT and Production • Operate on-premises AI platforms using Kubernetes, containers, and GPU-enabled infrastructure • Ensure AI solutions meet security, data residency, and production-readiness standards • Coordinate with vendors, Information Security, and IT Infrastructure teams • Drive MLOps governance, model monitoring, observability, auditability, and reliability Requirements • 10+ years of experience in AI technologies, MLOps, and DevOps • Strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI workflows • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, containerisation, model registry, versioning, monitoring, and drift detection • Hands-on deployment of AI models on on-premises, sovereign, or in-region infrastructure • Strong understanding of both AI infrastructure and application-layer integration • Experience in container security, vulnerability/malware scanning, and secure AI workload deployment • Experience in third-party AI product integration, vendor architecture reviews, and technical delivery management • Experience managing AI projects, vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams • Project experience in Banking, Financial Services, Telecommunications, or Government Organisations
