About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer / Backend AI Developer to build and scale a production-grade healthcare conversational AI platform. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain backend APIs and services using Python and FastAPI • Build multi-agent AI workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, or PydanticAI • Integrate and optimize LLM providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google GenAI • Implement AI safety guardrails, prompt engineering, and structured output validation • Develop healthcare workflows for care tasks, medications, and scheduling • Collaborate on architecture, code reviews, system integrations, and production support • Build automated test suites and maintain reliable AI applications Requirements • Python 3.12+ and FastAPI • LangGraph, LangChain, or PydanticAI • LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI guardrails • Azure services: Cosmos DB, Key Vault, and App Configuration • Docker, CI/CD, and containerized deployments • JWT/OAuth authentication and Apigee API security • Automated testing using Pytest • Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience • Strong communication, problem-solving, and ownership skills Preferred Qualifications • Healthcare experience with HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR integrations • Experience with PydanticAI and OpenTelemetry • Exposure to React and TypeScript
