About the Role At Rudder Analytics, our Senior Analytics Engineers are the architects of our data ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business problems and robust technical solutions, responsible for end-to-end data management and designing scalable architectures. Key Responsibilities • Work directly with global clients to understand business requirements and deliver actionable data solutions • Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines, data architectures, orchestration frameworks, and end-to-end data warehousing solutions • Manage client communication, project delivery, documentation, and stakeholder relationships • Lead and mentor teams to deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions Requirements • 3–6 years of relevant experience in the Analytics industry • B.E / B.Tech / Any Bachelor's degree • Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy, PySpark), Java, Node.js • Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Fivetran, Talend, Alteryx, Stitchdata, CloverDX, Apache ecosystem) • Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4j, Vector Databases) • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI, Databricks, Snowflake) • Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Computer Vision, Speech & Vector DBs • Proficiency with BI & Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Domo, Looker, Metabase) Who We're Looking For • A leader who can manage projects independently and guide a technical team • An analytical thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for data accuracy • An adaptable professional who thrives in the fast-paced, dynamic environment of a growing company
