About the Role We are seeking a Senior API Developer / Platform Engineer to join our team. This role requires extensive experience in engineering and technology infrastructure, with a focus on platform engineering and API development. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement RESTful APIs using Golang, Python, or Java • Develop and maintain infrastructure automation solutions • Lead technical architecture and provide technical leadership • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native platform engineering Requirements • 7+ years of Engineering and Technology Infrastructure experience • 5+ years of experience with Terraform, Ansible, Crossplane, or similar IaC tools • Strong Linux/Unix and Windows Server administration experience • Expertise in infrastructure automation and platform engineering • Hands-on experience with GitOps, ArgoCD, Tekton, and GitHub Actions • Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Observability tools: Splunk, Grafana, Elastic, Prometheus, or AppDynamics • Strong architecture, technical leadership, and mentoring skills Preferred Skills • Backstage Developer Portal • Istio / Linkerd • Packer / Image Builder • CI/CD and cloud-native platform engineering • SRE practices, SLI/SLO, and error budgets
