About the Role We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer for a 6-12+ month contract with potential for full-time conversion. The role requires expertise in Python, Airflow, dbt, and Kubernetes. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain data pipelines using Apache Airflow • Implement data models and transformations using dbt Core • Design and deploy containerized solutions on Kubernetes/OpenShift • Optimize data workflows and performance • Implement CI/CD pipelines for data infrastructure Requirements • 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related fields • Expert-level Apache Airflow experience, including DAG development • Strong hands-on experience with dbt Core implementation • Expert-level Python programming for data engineering • Strong Kubernetes and OpenShift experience in production • Strong SQL skills for complex data transformations • Experience with distributed workload management • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments Benefits • Potential for full-time conversion after contract period
