About the Role MathesisLabs Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Senior Developer – BSW Development to work on next-generation automotive technologies, including ADAS ECUs, RADAR, CAMERA, Sensor Fusion, and Domain Controller platforms. Key Responsibilities • Perform requirement analysis, software design, development, debugging, and integration • Develop, configure, and validate AUTOSAR Classic Base Software (BSW) • Work with cross-functional teams on integration, dependencies, and software delivery • Conduct technical reviews, provide technical guidance, and support task estimation and planning • Work on AI-assisted development, debugging, test generation, and validation • Contribute to AI-driven quality engineering, test optimization, and coverage improvement Requirements • Strong hands-on experience in Embedded C/C++ programming • Knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic BSW development and integration • Understanding of microcontrollers, RTOS, and embedded architectures • Hands-on knowledge of CAN, LIN, and Ethernet protocols • Knowledge of COM, UDS, DEM, DCM, and ISO 26262 • Experience in ADAS domains such as RADAR, CAMERA, Sensor Fusion, or Domain Controllers • Understanding of embedded software debugging, testing, and validation Good to Have • Experience with AI-assisted development tools and automation frameworks • Knowledge of AI/ML applications in automotive engineering, data pipelines, calibration, and test optimization • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies Qualification: BE/BTech/ME/MTech Experience: 3–6 Years
