About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer with a strong frontend focus to join our team. This role involves architecting scalable single-page applications, eliminating performance bottlenecks, leading rigorous code reviews, and mentoring fellow developers. Key Responsibilities • Architect scalable single-page applications (SPAs) • Eliminate performance bottlenecks in applications • Lead rigorous code reviews • Mentor fellow developers Requirements • 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong frontend focus • Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and large SPAs • Advanced mastery of Redux & Redux Toolkit (RTK) for complex global state management • Strong command of Node.js (Express.js or Hapi.js) & RESTful APIs • Experience with MongoDB & SQL (Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MSSQL) • Proficiency in UI frameworks like Tailwind, Material UI, Bootstrap, or Semantic-React-UI • Unit/Integration testing with Jest, Cypress, or Chai • Strong Git workflows, security-focused code reviews, and a passion for mentoring
