About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, SQL Server, and modern AI-assisted development tools. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement RESTful APIs • Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers • Collaborate with product team on technical requirements • Review, validate, and secure AI-generated code • Develop solutions using AI-assisted development tools Requirements • 12+ years of experience in Full Stack Development • Strong hands-on experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, Spring MVC, Microservices, and REST APIs • Expertise in React 18, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development • Strong SQL Server experience including T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Query Optimization, Indexing, and Performance Tuning • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Windsurf • Experience with Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes • Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, Design Patterns, and Secure Coding Practices • Excellent technical leadership, code review, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills Preferred Skills • Azure OpenAI / OpenAI / Anthropic SDKs • AI-powered developer productivity solutions • JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Playwright, and automated testing • Financial services, transaction processing, and ERP integrations
