About the Role We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join a client in the telecommunications industry. This role requires expertise in both backend and frontend development, with a strong focus on Golang and React.js. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain backend services using Golang and frontend applications using React.js • Maintain and enhance existing Node.js services and applications as needed • Design, develop, and integrate APIs while ensuring scalability, security, and performance • Apply Spec-Driven Development (SDD) throughout the software development lifecycle • Design modular, maintainable software components with appropriate separation of concerns and dependency management • Apply suitable design patterns and refactor existing code to improve maintainability while preserving system behavior • Leverage AI systematically in software development, from requirement analysis and planning to code review, verification, and validation Requirements • 5–7 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience using Golang for backend development • Experience with React.js for frontend development • Basic proficiency in Node.js • Experience applying Spec-Driven Development (SDD) • Strong understanding of software design and modularity • Familiar with design patterns and software design principles • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to use AI systematically throughout software development
