About the Role We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our team for a long-term contract position. This role requires extensive experience with Java and related technologies, as well as expertise in cloud services and system design. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot • Develop microservices architecture solutions • Work with databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB • Utilize AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing • Troubleshoot production issues and maintain applications • Mentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions Requirements • 12+ years of experience with Java • Expertise in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Security • Strong knowledge of Hibernate and Object-Oriented Programming • Experience with Microservices Architecture and RESTful API Development • Experience with PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Cassandra • Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS, SNS, RDS, ECS, and API Gateway • Experience with AWS IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, VPC, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) • Hands-on experience with Docker, Maven, Gradle, and JUnit 5 • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, performance optimization, and software security • Experience in system design, production troubleshooting, and application maintenance Benefits • Long-term contract with possible extensions • Opportunity to work on challenging projects • Chance to mentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions
