About the Role We are actively looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Apache Kafka, Confluent Kafka, and Cassandra to join our team. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices using Spring Boot • Develop Kafka Producers, Consumers, and Kafka Streams applications • Implement Kafka Connectors, KSQL queries, and real-time streaming pipelines • Build high-performance, event-driven applications using Kafka and Cassandra • Work on backend and frontend components of enterprise applications • Integrate MongoDB, Couchbase, Redis, and other NoSQL technologies • Implement CI/CD pipelines and monitor application performance using Splunk and AppDynamics • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions Requirements • 10+ years of experience required • Strong Java and Spring Boot development background • 4+ years of hands-on Kafka Producer/Consumer application development • 4+ years of Confluent Kafka experience • Strong knowledge of Cassandra and real-time data streaming • Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems • Comfortable working remotely within EST or CST time zones only
