About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Accessibility Developer to modernize legacy .NET applications, conduct accessibility audits, and implement fixes to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level AA and ADA Section 508 standards. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Telerik UI, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Conduct accessibility audits and remediate legacy application code • Convert Crystal Reports-generated PDFs into accessible, ADA-compliant PDFs • Implement tagged PDFs, correct reading order, alternative text, and accessible table structures • Use AI-assisted engineering tools for code refactoring, accessibility audits, documentation, and test generation • Optimize applications for cross-browser compatibility, performance, and responsive design Requirements • 7+ years of .NET Core / .NET experience • 8+ years of ASP.NET Core (MVC/Razor/Web API) and C# enterprise development • Strong JavaScript (ES6+), CSS3, SCSS, HTML5, and responsive design • Expert knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, WAI-ARIA, ADA, and Section 508 • Experience with Telerik UI and accessible PDF generation using .NET PDF libraries • Accessibility testing using NVDA, WAVE, and Claude AI • Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise Cloud Copilot and Anthropic Claude • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions/Azure Pipelines, Git workflows, and release engineering
