About the Role We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer with extensive experience for a long-term state contract role in Albany, NY. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain ASP.NET MVC applications • Work with Oracle database modeling and PL/SQL • Implement SOA, WCF web services, and REST/SOAP APIs • Support Healthcare applications under HIPAA/PHI standards • Refactor Visual Basic 6 (VB6) code • Utilize ASP.NET Core MVC framework Requirements • 14+ years of overall IT development experience • 7+ years in ASP.NET MVC, C#, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap • 7+ years in Oracle database modeling, PL/SQL, stored procedures, and triggers • 7+ years in SOA, WCF web services, and REST/SOAP APIs • 4+ years working with Healthcare applications under HIPAA/PHI data standards • 4+ years interpreting and refactoring Visual Basic 6 (VB6) code • 3+ years in ASP.NET Core MVC framework • Experience with Git, TFS, automated unit testing, and Crystal Reports Must be willing to work on site in Albany, NY on a hybrid schedule.
