About the Role We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer with expertise in Capital Markets and Trading to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining enterprise-grade trading and wealth management applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain enterprise-grade trading and wealth management applications • Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and modern frontend applications • Support trading workflows involving orders, executions, pricing, positions, P&L, risk, and market data • Troubleshoot application vulnerabilities, performance issues, and production incidents • Collaborate with front-office teams, traders, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions Requirements • 12+ years of software development experience • Strong backend development experience with C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET Core • Frontend experience with React or Angular • Recent Capital Markets, Trading, Investment Banking, Brokerage, or Wealth Management experience is mandatory • Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications • Strong SQL Server, database optimization, and application architecture skills • Excellent communication skills and experience working with traders and business stakeholders Nice to Have • FIX Protocol, Kafka, RabbitMQ • Azure / AWS, Docker, Kubernetes • Real-time market data, OMS/EMS, and low-latency application development
