About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with strong experience in .NET, C#, Angular, SQL, Azure, Kafka, and microservices, along with an understanding of AI-assisted and agentic software development. Key Responsibilities • Guide the use of agentic IDEs for complex, multi-module and cross-service development. • Define architectural standards and task structures that enable AI coding agents to work effectively. • Establish guardrails, permissions, code reviews, and quality checks for AI-generated code. • Integrate AI-assisted development workflows into CI/CD pipelines. • Evaluate the impact of agentic coding tools on security, maintainability, technical debt, and software delivery. • Mentor developers and contribute to scalable, reliable enterprise applications. Requirements • 10+ years of experience in .NET, C#, and full stack development • Strong understanding of microservices architecture • Experience with Azure, SQL, and Apache Kafka • Knowledge of AI-assisted coding tools and agentic IDEs • Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration and secure SDLC practices • Strong problem-solving skills and architectural understanding
