About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Senior Network Engineer to design, build, and manage critical network infrastructure across data centers, colocation facilities, and public cloud environments. The ideal candidate must have strong data center/colocation networking experience, hybrid cloud connectivity expertise, network automation skills, and Tier 3 troubleshooting capabilities within a regulated financial services environment. Key Responsibilities • Design and lead data center and colocation network deployments • Establish network architecture standards and reusable design patterns • Build and manage hybrid connectivity between colocation facilities and cloud platforms • Automate network infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and GitHub Actions • Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex network incidents • Own the complete lifecycle from architecture and deployment to documentation and Network Operations handoff • Support infrastructure modernization, security, compliance, and operational excellence Requirements • 7–10+ years of enterprise network engineering experience • Strong expertise in data center and colocation infrastructure • Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switching • BGP, OSPF, and network fabric management • Cisco NDFC and Catalyst Center • Palo Alto Firewalls, SD-WAN, Infoblox, and DNS • 3+ years of experience with Azure ExpressRoute and/or AWS Direct Connect • Hybrid cloud connectivity and connectivity hub architecture • Hands-on automation using Terraform, Ansible, and/or Python • GitHub / GitHub Actions automation experience • Tier 3 escalation, advanced troubleshooting, and incident resolution • End-to-end ownership of network design, implementation, and operational handoff • Prior banking or financial services experience is mandatory
