About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner for Voice to join our team for an exciting opportunity. Key Responsibilities • Lead business discovery and translate requirements into prioritized epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Own end-to-end product delivery, from discovery and backlog management to implementation, launch, and optimization • Drive cross-functional collaboration with business, engineering, architecture, and operations teams • Strong expertise in cloud-based voice platforms, contact centers, or conversational voice solutions • Hands-on experience with Agentic Voice / Voice AI, AI-driven voice agents, and conversational experiences • Knowledge of Voice Intelligence and Voice Prompt Engineering, including conversation analytics, intent recognition, summarization, and AI interaction optimization Requirements • 10+ years in Product Ownership / Product Management • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
