About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to drive reliability, scalability, performance, and automation across Kubernetes-based platforms and distributed systems. Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimize Kubernetes, Docker, on-premises, PCF, and cloud workloads • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and GitOps workflows • Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and performance optimization • Lead incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and postmortems • Improve platform security, availability, scalability, and operational efficiency • Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance observability and automation Requirements • Strong experience in SRE, Release Engineering, or Platform Engineering • Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and Shell/Python/Groovy scripting • Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, JMeter, or LoadRunner • Strong programming experience, preferably Java/Spring Boot • Knowledge of AWS/Azure, PCF, Infrastructure as Code, and GitOps
