About the Role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Agentic AI with strong hands-on experience in Python, LLM-powered applications, agent frameworks, and enterprise workflow orchestration. The ideal candidate will build, deploy, and support production-ready AI agents and reusable workflows on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Key Responsibilities • Develop and deploy containerized AI agents and Temporal workers on private AKS. • Build reusable Agentic AI workflows and integrate enterprise APIs, MCP services, and knowledge sources. • Implement LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, tool calling, embeddings, and vector search. • Design automated evaluations and test suites for AI applications. • Ensure security, scalability, reliability, observability, and production readiness. • Collaborate with architecture, security, platform, and business teams. • Prepare technical designs, deployment documentation, test evidence, and operational guides. Requirements • 10+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, or solution development experience. • Strong Python development and REST API/microservices experience. • Hands-on implementation of Agentic AI or LLM-powered applications. • Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen. • Experience with Temporal or comparable durable workflow orchestration platforms. • Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases/search, prompt engineering, and LLM tool calling.
