About the Role RSA Tech is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Oracle database development, Amazon Redshift, AWS data services, and large-scale data warehousing solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement solutions using Oracle SQL & PL/SQL • Develop and maintain data warehousing solutions on Amazon Redshift • Utilize AWS data services including S3, Glue, and EMR • Create ETL/ELT processes for data integration • Optimize database performance through tuning, indexing, and partitioning • Develop stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers, and views • Work with big data technologies like Spark, Hive, and PySpark • Create reports and dashboards using BI tools • Provide production support and incident management Requirements • 7+ years of experience in software engineering • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SQL & PL/SQL • Strong expertise in Amazon Redshift and Redshift Spectrum • Experience with AWS S3, Glue, and EMR • Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data engineering • Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes • Experience with database performance tuning and query optimization • Understanding of stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers, and views • Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark, Hive, and PySpark • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, or Tableau • Proficiency in Git, version control, and Agile development • Excellent communication skills • Willingness to work onsite in Dubai, 5 days a week • Offshore candidates must be ready to relocate to Dubai and possess a valid passport
