About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to build scalable, resilient backend services using Python and FastAPI. Key Responsibilities • Build scalable, resilient backend services • Design and implement distributed systems • Develop workflow orchestration solutions • Implement REST APIs and microservices • Ensure high performance and reliability Requirements • 5+ years of backend development experience • Strong expertise in Python and FastAPI • Experience with distributed systems and asynchronous programming • Knowledge of workflow engines, state machines, and multi-step orchestration • Proficiency in Redis caching, performance optimization, and rate limiting • Experience with Pytest, unit testing, and integration testing • Skills in logging, monitoring, debugging, and observability • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins • Understanding of OAuth2, JWT, authentication, and authorization • AWS cloud experience • Basic understanding of LLM tool-calling patterns
